Recently, we’ve been proud to support an individual in easing into receiving support within their own home. Understandably, this was a big adjustment — but through patience, consistency, and a person-centred approach, we’ve been able to help them begin to accept support in a way that still respects their independence and personal choices.

Small steps have made a big difference. From initial introductions to building familiar routines, the focus has always been on working at their pace and ensuring they feel in control every step of the way.
