Hi, I’m Sarah Osborne, Founder of GO Personnel.

I’ve spent over 20 years working within the care sector, and throughout that time I’ve been fortunate to experience many different roles. From recruitment and branch management to training, advocacy and supporting care providers, every position has reinforced one thing: great care always starts with great people.

GO Personnel was founded because I believed recruitment could be done differently.

Too often, recruitment becomes about filling shifts as quickly as possible. Whilst covering vacancies is important, my passion has always been finding the right people for the right roles. The people who genuinely care, who share a client’s values, and who make a lasting difference to those they support.

Relationships have always been at the heart of everything I do. I take the time to get to know both our clients and our candidates because successful recruitment isn’t just about matching skills and experience—it’s about matching personalities, values and cultures too.
