When Ryan’s not finding welder fabricators , mechanical fitters or engineers for his clients you’ll find him with a golf club in hand and training at his local gym.

Are you an experienced and skill electrician looking for a new opportunity ?

Advanced Resourcing is recruiting an experienced Electrician to join a busy team working across domestic and commercial projects. You’ll carry out installations, inspections, maintenance and fault-finding to a high standard, delivering safe, timely work for our client’s customers.

Key responsibilities

 Install, maintain and repair electrical systems in domestic and commercial properties
 Carry out periodic inspections and testing (EICRs), fault diagnosis and remedial works
 Read and work from electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and specifications
 Ensure work complies with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and current BS standards
 Complete job documentation, certificates and service reports accurately and on time
 Liaise with clients, site teams and suppliers; uphold professional standards and site safety
 Mentor apprentices or junior electricians where applicable

Essential requirements

 NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
 Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition, AM2/AM2S, City & Guilds)
 Proven experience across both domestic and commercial electrical work
 Full UK driving licence (preferred) and own tools
 Strong fault-finding skills and attention to safety and compliance
 Good communication and time-management skills

Desirable
 Inspection & Testing certification (PAT, EICR)
 Experience with commercial distribution boards and small power/lighting systems
