For those in the know, National Customer Service Week is coming to an end.

This week got us thinking about the things people remember most about working with us.

It's interesting because when we read through our five-star reviews, it's often the seemingly small things that get mentioned.

Someone picking up the phone when they need an answer, a problem sorted without being passed around, getting paid on time or being kept in the loop when something changes.

When you're the person waiting for that call, relying on your wages or running a business that needs people on site, these things matter enormously.

We've always believed that how you look after people is of equal importance as the job you do for them.
