We’ve just listed a Cellar Master role to run end-to-end beverage inventory onboard - wine, spirits, beer, softs, the lot - with a big focus on stock integrity, compliance, and cost control.

You’ll need:
-Proven beverage inventory / cellar / supply control experience (cruise/hotel/resort/large hospitality)
-Solid wine knowledge + a recognised wine qualification (WSET / CMS / ISG / SWE or equivalent)
-Comfort with inventory systems, spreadsheets, reporting

Cruise ships have a unique thumbprint in the form of a smokestack, more commonly known as a funnel. While it is a statement on the vessels we sail on today, the funnel has quite a history, originally serving as a way for exhaust gases to be lifted so they would not cause damage to the ship’s structure or decks.

Today, cruise ships funnels are part of their brand identity and are easily recognized thanks to their individual shapes and logos.
