We’ve just listed a Cellar Master role to run end-to-end beverage inventory onboard - wine, spirits, beer, softs, the lot - with a big focus on stock integrity, compliance, and cost control.
You’ll need:
-Proven beverage inventory / cellar / supply control experience (cruise/hotel/resort/large hospitality)
-Solid wine knowledge + a recognised wine qualification (WSET / CMS / ISG / SWE or equivalent)
-Comfort with inventory systems, spreadsheets, reporting
