A boutique Private Investment Office specialising in wealth management and financial planning for private clients and their families. As a small, close-knit team with ambitious growth plans, they are looking for a highly organised and motivated Client Services Executive to join them and play a central role in the smooth running of their practice.

The Role
You will be the go-to person for their adviser team — supporting clients, processing new business, managing records and keeping everything running smoothly in a regulated environment. They are looking for someone who is highly organised, accurate and confident communicating with clients and third parties, ideally with financial services experience (or a real desire to build a career in it). A positive, proactive approach and high personal standards are just as important to them as the technical skills.
