✔️ Previous experience in a similar role

One of the most rewarding parts of what we do is helping people see their own value properly.

Recently, we worked with a young candidate called Elliott to completely transform how he presented himself professionally. Instead of simply showing him as a sports coach, we helped reposition his experience around youth engagement, mentoring, wellbeing support and community impact.

Shortly afterwards, we received a message from his Dad.

That message genuinely meant a lot.

A CV should never just be a document full of job titles. It should reflect someone’s strengths, personality, potential and the impact they can make.

Sometimes people don’t need changing. They just need someone to help present who they already are in the right way.

Seeing someone regain confidence and excitement about their future is exactly why we love doing this.
