Some lovely food photos sent over from the weekend by one of our chefs, who has been stepping in as Head Chef while covering a week's holiday at a beautiful pub near Arundel.

It's always great to see the quality of dishes our chefs are producing when they're out supporting our clients. Whether it's a short-term holiday cover, an unexpected absence, or longer-term support, we take pride in supplying experienced chefs who can hit the ground running and maintain high standards from day one.

From the track to the dancefloor... the Summerley team were in the thick of it at Goodwood last night! 🏇🎧🔥

The 'Three Friday Nights' opener started with a brilliant race card where our staff were manning the Totes, placing bets and handing out the winnings for eager punters! Then the music started, with a massive open-air set from Sub Focus! 🎶🎧

We'd like to say a huge shout-out to our incredible team who worked across the venue. As well as on the Tote stands they were serving food and drinks at the catering kiosks - and absolutely smashing it!

Our map for May was absolutely packed, with Team Summerley clocking up some serious miles supporting an incredible range of events across the country.

Our pins ranged all the way from Kenilworth and Badminton right back down to nearer home turf in Sussex, Hampshire, and Surrey.

We're bracing ourselves too, because June's map is already looking wild! 📍✨

Adams was living his best life on shift this week, as a kitchen assistant working on the grill for a wedding BBQ at beautiful Grittenden Barns near Petworth. We think “Chef Adams” has a nice ring to it don’t you? 🧑‍🍳🍖

Farren’s first event as a solo manager was a baptism of fire! On the hottest weekend of the year she was at Farm Fest juggling staff, tents, suncream and more! Peaking at over 35,000 steps on Friday, she didn’t stop!

All of this at a brand new event which saw thousands of attendees all desperate for drinks in the scorching sun. She smashed it out of the park though, and even got a glimpse of Jeremy Clarkson and the gang. Along with skydivers and more tractors than you could shake a stick at.

Well done !

We’d also like to thank our client who were amazing and looked after our staff really well on shift.
