Courtney, a Southern Illinois University - Carbondale alumni, began her professional career in marketing before transitioning to a cyber security firm where she focused on managing large government contracts. Courtney is applying her IT knowledge and passion for working with people as a Technical Recruiter with Stryde.

Pete is a graduate of Spring Hill College in Mobile, AL where he attained a BS in Management and Marketing. Pete spent a few years coaching baseball for various organizations after moving back to Saint Louis before he started in the field of recruiting in 2019. Pete enjoys building relationships with people and helping them find an environment where they’re happy and can develop their careers.
