From September 2026, we're expanding our apprenticeship offer with three exciting new programmes: Project Manager L4, AI and Automation Practitioner L4, and Improvement Technician L3. These programmes are designed to equip learners with the skills employers need, supporting innovation, productivity, and business growth across a wide range of sectors.

From 1 August 2026, levy-paying employers will see significant changes to the new Growth and Skills Levy. Levy funds will expire after 12 months instead of 24, the 10% government top-up will end, and employers using all their levy funds will contribute 25% towards additional apprenticeship training costs (previously 5%). The reforms encourage faster investment in workforce development and more strategic use of levy funding. If you nee support with you levy, please get in touch

From October 2026, eligible employers could claim up to £6,000 when recruiting an apprentice. This includes a £2,000 SME Hiring Incentive for newly recruited apprentices aged 16–24, a £3,000 Youth Jobs Grant for eligible 18–24-year-olds claiming Universal Credit, and the existing £1,000 Young Apprentice Payment for eligible 16–18-year-olds, or 19–24-year-olds with an EHCP or who are care leavers. Eligibility criteria apply.

From 1 August 2026, apprentices aged 16–24 are now fully funded. This is an increase from the previous funding rules, which only covered apprentices aged 16–21. The change makes it even easier for businesses to recruit, develop and retain young talent while reducing the cost of investing in future skills.
