🌟 Today (June 3), our RISING STAR ACADEMY FOR HOSPITALITY STAFF visited Rational UK – the home of the world’s most popular combination oven manufacturer. 🔥👨‍🍳

It’s been a fantastic, hands-on day so far full of innovation and inspiration. We compared croissants coming out of two different ovens and a delicious lemon posset prepared in a Rational iVario – showcasing just how versatile and cutting-edge this equipment really is. 🍋✨
