We are working with a family owned main dealer business we know really well, they are based in Haywards Heath with branches across West Sussex.

The role
You’ll be joining an established team of 9 (they employ a further 120) to work in the bodyshop business. The Panel Be**er role is pivotal to the repair process and they focus on getting the job done right the first time, this is not a high volume centre, retail customers are at the heart of their business.

Hour’s: 8.30-6pm Mon to Fri with Saturday mornings available.
Wages: Depends on experience

Required:
• Panel beating experience
• Driving licence
• Worked within a bodyshop environment

Desired: ATA accreditation or equivalent body repair NVQ

We at Time Zero are looking for a skilled MOT Tester (Vehicle Technician/Mechanic) to work for Brook Street Garage which is a busy, popular local family run garage near Cuckfield. Here you will work on a wide range of cars where no job is too big or too small and customer care is at the heart of what they do.

We are looking for a multi-skilled Vehicle Technician and MOT Tester who is happy to be part of a team that helps one another. The focus is on doing the job properly and getting the job done as a team.

The skills and experience this role requires range from MoT prep, and puncture repairs through to routine servicing, timing belts, clutches and diagnostic work.
You will:
Have a valid MOT Licence
Obtained a City & Guilds qualification or other adequate qualifications
Organised and methodical approach to problem solving
A care for attention to detail
To work independently as well as part of a team
Good time management skills
Suitable fitness and absence levels
Act on your own initiative and take responsibility for your own work

The hours are Mon- Fri 8.30-6pm with a half day Saturday on a rota.
The package is dependent on experience and skill set, getting the right member of the team is the most important part.

Brook Street Garage is popular with local customers and motor trade retailers. They have a large loyal customer base, which is a testament to the great work and service they pride themselves on.

What’s a Retention Specialist?
Simple, this role is vital to retain the customers the business has already won and supplied a vehicle to. So the customers already now the business and the product and will be coming up to make a decision soon about changing it.

With all the options out there a Retention Specialist is a key member of the team to retain that customer for the next car or future maintenance.

What will you be doing?
This is a varied role which comes with full training provided if needed (if you already know the role as you’ve do it before in the motor industry you can skip this bit).
• Liaising very closely with the Sales and Service teams.
• Contacting the businesses current customers.
• Creating campaigns so you can contact the right customers at the right time.
• Be creative with your approach, content and message. Tailor your approach to the customer.
• Build the most suitable options for the customers’ next car.

What do you need to be a great Retention Specialist?
Essential:
• A great telephone manner- comfortable making outbound calls
• Writing skills. Email and social media content will be king
• An understanding of vehicle purchasing
• An energetic, creative flair
• An organised and diligent approach
