We are looking for a dynamic, commercially minded Spa Manager to lead our spa operation and elevate both team performance and guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining approximately 50% treatment delivery with operational management and team leadership.

About You:

We are seeking someone who is:
*NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualified Spa Therapist/Manager
*Experienced in spa supervision or management
*Highly hands-on and operationally focused
*Commercially aware with strong KPI/budget experience
*A confident communicator and team motivator
*Organised, proactive, and guest-focused
*Flexible to work weekends and varied hours
*Elemis is desirable but not essential.

The Role:

*Lead, inspire, and develop a small spa team
*Deliver high-quality spa treatments
*Oversee daily operations, bookings, rotas, and guest journey
*Drive revenue, retail performance, and KPIs
*Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, safety, and service
*Manage and grow the spa’s social media presence
*Work closely with hotel leadership to ensure seamless guest experience
