It’s 6 years and counting now since I set up Straight Bat… and what a journey it’s been… one day I’m going to finish writing my book and share my story with you, but for now I’d just like to share this with you guys...

As time goes by the journey continues to evolve… I’m forever grateful that I have the wonderful platform that is Straight Bat Recruitment that offers me such a lovely life with my children, friends and family.

Senior Sales Negotiator & Valuer Vacancy

We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator & Valuer with a minimum of 2 years experience in estate agency. The office is based on the outskirts of Gloucester and ideally somebody fairly local who knows the area is sought.

Up to £25K basic salary + commision (c£35K OTE).

Working in a small team with really lovely Directors who strike a perfect balance between being ambitious, professional and highly success driven as well as friendly and laid back.

This could be a refreshing change from working with a big corporate as it would give you greater autonomy as well as the potential opportunity for progression in the future.

You must have your own car and driving licence (expenses paid). Viewings will mainly be in the local Gloucester area with some in Cheltenham (within a 15-20 minute drive of the office). Valuations experience is essential.

Mon - Fri 8:45am - 6pm (no Saturday work!!).
