Guiting Power is a small, vibrant village in a valley on a small tributary of the Windrush river in the North Cotswolds. Guiting Manor Amenity Trust was founded in 1976 as a registered charity and designed to ensure the future of the village lands, houses, nature, character and community. The Trust owns and manages about 50% of Guiting Power's residential properties and lets them out to local people.
