September was a huge month for Class People - our best September in five years. October is shaping up to be another record braker!

That achievement didn’t come from one person or one big moment. It came from a team communicating, supporting one another, sharing ideas and consistently showing up for our clients, candidates and each other.

As we move into October, we’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come, but even more excited about where we’re going.

We're heading back to school! 📚

Our Class People team are off to Bournside Secondary School to meet with Sixth Form students and talk all things Early Years careers!

Choosing your next steps can feel like a big decision, and we're passionate about helping young people discover the opportunities available to them.

From apprenticeships and qualifications to career progression and leadership opportunities, there's so much more to Early Years than people might realise!

After our full team catch-up, they sit down together to plan the week ahead, share priorities and make sure they’re both clear on how they can best support their clients and candidates.

Communication really is king. Taking the time to plan, talk and work together means they can deliver the very best service possible and these two make a brilliant team.

How has it already been over a month since the summer holidays?

September always arrives at full speed, and this year has been no exception. Our brilliant teachers, teaching assistants and Early Years practitioners have returned to classrooms and settings across the region, bringing energy, care and plenty of hard graft with them.

To every educator who has stepped into a new school, supported an anxious child, helped a busy team or simply gone the extra mile when it was needed- thank you. The difference you make is noticed, even on the days when it might not feel like it.

What a start to the academic year. We’re so proud of our Class People community and excited for everything still to come.

A month ago, we came together for our Class People 2026 Vision Day. These photos that the incredible Laura took feel like us...

The laughter. The creativity. The energy. The teamwork. The people.

We’ve been on a journey as a business, and we don’t take for granted where we are now. Never before has Class People felt so connected. We genuinely love being together, we champion one another, celebrate each other’s wins and keep pushing each other forward.

The results are following too.

We’re now exceeding figures we haven’t seen in well over five years, something we are incredibly proud of but Class People has never been just about the numbers.

It’s about community.
It’s about making an impact.
It’s about supporting schools, settings, candidates and one another.

Leadership is about being willing to learn, adapt and keep moving forward. This photo was taken the other day when Naomi joined Annie and Maddie for a working day in Bristol, and it felt like the perfect opportunity to reflect on the journey Naomi has been on as our Managing Director.

Leading a business through change and growth isn’t easy. There are difficult decisions, lessons learned and moments when you have to hold your hands up and choose a different direction. That is what we admire about Naomi. Naomi doesn’t pretend to have every answer, she listens, takes responsibility and is willing to change when something isn’t working. Naomi is game for anything, never afraid to graft and will get stuck into whatever needs doing, regardless of whether it sits within the traditional role of an MD.

If someone has an idea, she wants to hear it. If someone has potential, she wants to champion it and when the business faces a challenge, she meets it with energy, honesty and determination.

The leader Naomi is today has been shaped by every challenge, every lesson and every decision to keep growing- and that journey is still continuing.

We often celebrate the achievements of a team, but the person leading that team can sometimes go unthanked. So this is simply a moment to recognise Naomi: the journey she has been on, the leader she continues to become and the exciting direction in which she is taking Class People.
