Champagne for Natalie! 🥂

Not only has Natalie covered our Early Years desk completely on her own for the past three weeks, she has also been dazzling our clients with her tuff tray activity and copies of Where Next? Cheltenham..and if that wasn’t enough, in less than two weeks, working alone, Natalie has already beaten what the Early Years desk achieved across the whole of last year’s summer holidays!

Natalie is an absolute force of incredible ability, and we are so lucky to have her at Class People. A very well-deserved bottle of champagne!

Nine months ago, a little unicorn appeared in the depths of the Cotswolds and somehow started something here in the office.

Since then, we've spotted ducks, bees, sunshine, trees and flowers along the way and brought them back to the office. What started as a random purchase became a bit of a tradition. To most people they're just cute little crocheted characters. To us, they represent something much bigger.

The bee reminds us to keep going, even when things are tough.
The sunshine reminds us to bring positivity into every day.
The tree reminds us that growth takes time.
The flower reminds us that support and nurturing help people thrive.
The unicorn reminds us that sometimes a little bit of magic, belief and imagination can change everything.
And the duck... well, sometimes you just need a duck to make you smile.

Over the last nine months we've celebrated wins, navigated challenges, supported one another and watched people grow in confidence. These little characters have quietly sat on desks, been gifted to team members and become symbols of encouragement, resilience and kindness.

Because at Class People, recruitment has never just been about filling jobs. It's about people. It's about building confidence, creating opportunities and helping others believe in themselves.

Funny how a little unicorn started all that. 🦄

The Class People 2026 Summer Social. We genuinely can't share all the photos... mainly because there are far too many. 😂

Too many laughs. Too many memories. Too many adventures. Too many moments that reminded us why this team is so special.

One comment that kept being repeated was, "That was one of the best socials yet." I think that says it all.

A special mention has to go to Ben, who somehow became Birmingham's number one navigator (we're still not entirely sure how we survived, but we did).

This team has been through so much together over the last year. We've celebrated wins, supported each other through the tougher days, welcomed new faces, said goodbye to others, and somehow managed to come out stronger.

It's easy to see colleagues every day, but days like this remind you that we're so much more than that. We're a team that genuinely enjoys spending time together, cheering each other on and making memories that last long after the work day ends.

A huge thank you to the amazing Christine for the generous contribution to our day!

Here's to another year of laughter, friendship and whatever adventure comes next. 💙

One of the things we love most about Class People is that we're a business built by people, for people. Behind every consultant, every manager and every placement is a real person with a family, a life and people they care about.

A few weeks ago, our MD Naomi swapped recruitment for Wychwood Festival and spent some quality time with her son, Sebastian. Running a business is important, building a team is important, supporting schools and nurseries is important...But so is being present for the moments that matter.

This photo made us smile because it perfectly captures what we're all about. Hard work, family, community and making memories along the way.

We hope everyone had a wonderful half term and managed to spend some time doing what matters most to them. 💚

At Class People, we know agency work isn't always easy. Flexibility is fantastic, but it can sometimes come with uncertainty, last-minute changes and challenges that people don't always see.

We've had lots of questions about what was actually inside our handmade recipe hampers, so here's a glimpse!

Packed with carefully selected ingredients, recipe cards, a few treats and plenty of thought, every box was designed to be something a little different. No generic corporate gifts. No branded stress balls. Just good food, quality ingredients and a genuine thank you.

Wherever possible, we sourced British, organic and B Corp products, supporting businesses that share our values whilst creating something our schools and nurseries could genuinely enjoy.
The feedback has been incredible and we're so proud of what Lee created.

It's amazing what can happen when you give someone the freedom to bring their passion and talents into the workplace.
