What a term we’re having! 💙

We’re having our best September and October to date, and could another record year be on the horizon? 👀

Someone please take Ellis’ phone off him! He’s back again… and this time with another fantastic teaching opportunity starting after half-term!

Location: Stroud
Role: Year 1/2 Teacher
Dates: 2nd November – Christmas
Contract: 0.8 FTE (Monday–Thursday)
Responsibilities: Full teaching responsibilities

Things we’ve taken from this video… 🎥😂

- Ellis forgot his umbrella… again. He’d probably lose his head if it wasn’t screwed on.

- Ellis attempting a one-take video really showcases his incredible ability to multitask…showcasing he won’t be getting a job as a weatherman anytime soon!

And MOST importantly… the Primary Team have a fantastic teaching role starting January 2027!

💙The power of teamwork in recruitment!💙

Recruitment can sometimes feel very individual. Your clients, your candidates, your targets, your billings.

But that’s not the culture we’ve built here at Thrive!

We’re a team that genuinely wants to see each other do well. We acknowledge each other, build each other up, step in when someone needs support and genuinely care about what we do and the people around us.

Jade is a perfect example of this.

She constantly goes above and beyond, takes real pride in doing a good job and is always willing to help wherever she can.

Every Tuesday, Sam has the day off with his daughter, and Jade selflessly steps in to support him and the Primary team. No fuss, no “that’s not my job”. She simply sees where she can help and gets stuck in.

It might seem like a small thing, but these are the things that make a real team.

Recruitment is competitive enough. Internally, it should be about supporting each other, celebrating each other and succeeding together.

A very well deserved bit of appreciation for Jade.
