🚀 EARLY YEARS ARE GO! 🚀

The Thrive Early Years Division has officially launched!

Thanks to Josh Thrive Early Years dedication and the continued support of our amazing Thrive Community, we’ve already registered a number of new candidates, had some fantastic conversations with nurseries and, most importantly, secured our first placement in just 5 days! 🎉

If you’re interested in working within Early Years, or know someone who is, we’d love to hear from you. Simply refer them to us, make sure they mention your name and once they’ve completed 10 shifts, you’ll receive a referral voucher.

The best part? There’s no limit to how many people you can refer!

🦸‍♀️ Welcome back, everyone! 🦸‍♂️

We hope you’ve managed to recharge your superpowers over the half-term break!

Now, we know we’ve dressed up as superheroes... but let’s be honest .. the real superheroes are the teachers, teaching assistants, and early years practitioners who show up every day and make a difference in schools.

With just 7 weeks to go until the summer holidays and September already peeking around the corner, we’ve got September long-term roles landing on our desks and plenty more on the way!

Last term we were proud to support Cam Woodfield Infant School through our Let’s Thrive Initiative! 💙💻

We recently donated £1000 worth of laptops to help support staff and pupils across the school. Technology plays a vital role in learning, and we’re pleased these laptops will help create even more opportunities in the classroom.

The Cam Woodfield team always makes our supply Teaching / TA staff feel welcome, and it’s a pleasure to support such a positive school community.

A big thank you to the team for the warm welcome and for everything they do for their pupils every day.

The Thrive 100 Club gifts have arrived and they’re looking great 📦💙

This year’s bundle includes our branded tote bag, embroidered cap, pin badge and exclusive 100 Club keepsakes, all ready for the amazing practitioners who’ve achieved 100+ days with Thrive this academic year.

Some of you hit the milestone so quickly we’ve already started deliveries!

A huge thank you to everyone in the Thrive community for all your hard work and commitment this year. Just one more half-term to go… although we’re still not sure where this academic year has disappeared to.

We’re looking forward to seeing and speaking to you all very soon.

Huge congrats to our very own ultra-marathon maniac, Howard!

Over 50 kilometres of hills, pain, sweat, questionable life choices, and somehow he still crossed the finish line smiling. Frankly, we’re starting to suspect he’s not entirely human.

And to top it all off, he was such a good sport that he even let us shave the Thrive Education logo into his head beforehand. That’s commitment to the brand right there. 💙

🐄 ‘COW’ 🐄 - Consultant of the Week goes to Ellis. Funny how it always seems to happen when payday is getting close…

As his reward, Ellis picked this Friday’s theme: Wrong Profession Day. Everyone had to come dressed as the job they’d be absolutely terrible at.

- Josh turned up as a bouncer

- Ellis came as a handyman, apparently inspired by his wife Jen

- Jade took on barber duties

- Howard arrived ready to lead an Australian outback tour

- Gareth somehow became a vet

Safe to say some career changes should definitely stay off the table.

Just one more week of term to go. Who’s ready?

The Thrive team fully committed to “Dress as Someone Else in the Office” day… now the real question is, can you guess who everyone came as? (We’ll give you one to start with)

Special mention to Ellis, who somehow turned this into yet another excuse to locate the shortest shorts commercially available to mankind. Some traditions never die… 🤦🏻🫠

Jokes aside, what a week it’s been for the team. Today we had more teachers out working than ever before, which is something we’re incredibly proud of. 💙

To our staff, schools, and most importantly our amazing practitioners, thank you for everything you do. Have a brilliant weekend!
