Our client Big Society uk Ltd looking for an organized and self-motivated HR Assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office personnel.
Responsibilities:
* Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
* Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence,preparing clients contract.
* Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings.
* Maintaining general office files, including job files, staff files, HR files related to the company’s operations.
* Organize and maintain employees records.
* Update internal databases (e.g. record sick call or maternity leave)
* Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, joining documents, exit forms, return to work etc.
* Check right to work documents for overseas
Worker, update their files on regular basis. Set a reminder when overseas worker right to work expiring and remind them.
* Maintaining attendance of employees.
* Post job advert when there is a position available in company.
Requirements for the role:
* Be competent in the use of Microsoft office packages
* Have excellent communication skills
* Have excellent organisation skills
* Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
Location: You will work from our office based on Southampton but can work from home too but have to work from office when required.
Please note that this is a part time role and you will only working one day in a week.
Salary: £10 per hour.
