We’re delighted to welcome Neil Dawson to the We Are Footprint team!

Neil joins us as Senior Account Manager, bringing almost 30 years of recruitment experience, with extensive knowledge of the construction and engineering sectors.

Throughout his career, Neil has worked across trades and labour, white collar and engineering recruitment, building and managing major client accounts and delivering recruitment solutions across a wide range of construction projects.

At Footprint, Neil will be personally managing and delivering a portfolio of key client accounts, working directly with our clients, sites and candidates to ensure we continue providing the high level of service they expect from us.

His role will combine hands-on recruitment delivery with developing existing relationships, identifying opportunities across new projects and sites, and helping us grow our presence with some of the UK's leading contractors.

Neil brings a huge amount of industry knowledge and experience to Footprint, and we're really pleased to have him on board as we continue to strengthen our Blue Collar team.
