💙 CHARLIE’S MATERNITY LEAVE 💙

Well, the time has finally come for me to step away for a little while and welcome our baby boy into the world! 🌟👶🏼

It’s going to feel so strange not speaking to all our incredible teachers, teaching assistants and schools every day after almost 10 years in education recruitment! But I’m sure my hands (and heart!) will be very full with baby cuddles, dirty nappies and bottles for the time being! 🍼💙

I’m leaving you all in the incredibly capable hands of Rick and Natalie, who have been the most amazing support throughout my whole pregnancy. I know HG Recruit couldn’t be in better hands while I’m away. 💙

And don’t worry… we’ll have the baby trained up to be a fully fledged recruiter in no time at all! 😉😂

💛 A little reminder for our Teachers & Teaching Assistants…

There’s been a lot of conversation recently about the pressures facing people working in education, and it’s something we think is really important to talk about.

2025-2026 ACADEMIC YEAR COMPLETED ✅

It has been an incredibly busy & successful year for us but we couldn’t have done any of it, without the incredible support from our local schools and our hardworking teachers and teaching assistants 😍👌

Thank you to every single one of you, who have supported our local independent company and we hope you have a wonderful, rested summer break with your friends & families ☀️☀️☀️☀️

We are still around over the summer if any schools have any last minute curveballs for September or if you want to register with us, ready for the new academic year. Other than that, you’ll find us with a cold drink in our hand, no alarm set & trying to get some R&R in before we begin again! 🥳
