Tomorrow, 10th October, is World Mental Health Day, a reminder of the importance of looking after our mental wellbeing and making time for ourselves.

We asked our team what they do to look after their mental health and now we’re putting the question to you!

Whether it’s getting outside, spending time with loved ones, hitting the gym or simply taking some time to yourself, everyone has their own way of recharging.

4 PEOPLE. 1 PURPOSE. 💚

At The Recruitment Group, looking after our people means more than just saying mental health matters.

We have four trained Mental Health First Aiders across TRG who are there to listen, support and help colleagues find the right support when they need it.

They don't have all the answers and they're not there to fix everything. Sometimes, simply having someone there to listen can make all the difference.

Ahead of World Mental Health Day tomorrow, we're recognising the four people behind this support and the important role they play in making sure our people know they're not alone.

There's nothing better than a cuppa and a slice of cake, especially when it's for a good cause!

On 25th September, our teams across The Recruitment Group came together for our Macmillan Coffee Morning, raising £57 to support Macmillan Cancer Support and the incredible work they do for people living with cancer. 💚

A huge thank you to everyone who donated, enjoyed a treat and helped us raise money for such a worthwhile cause.
