Sarah joined us in July 2018 as a resourcer — and it didn’t take long for us to realise we’d found someone truly exceptional. Her organisation, calm efficiency and natural rapport with candidates meant she quickly stepped into managing our food manufacturing accounts, coordinating staffing, keeping everything on track and giving clients the structure they needed.

Before Sunny, Sarah spent time in Australia as a recruitment administrator and resourcer, where she discovered JobAdder. She introduced it to us in 2019, and it’s been our core system ever since — a contribution that genuinely transformed how we work.

As her career evolved, so did her specialism. Sarah has a remarkable ability to handle technical roles with depth and confidence, and today she is our Biotech & Pharma Specialist — trusted by key clients and known for her thoroughness, insight and steady professionalism.

And then there’s the Sarah we adore outside of the day job:

Last week, we had the absolute pleasure of being at all three of the Futureworks job fairs across Pembrokeshire.

It was brilliant meeting so many jobseekers from right across the county, chatting about current roles and the big wave of opportunities coming over the next few years. And our message was simple: jobs are coming — especially in the energy sector!

In the meantime, there’s a huge amount of FREE training available through providers including:

Remember lockdown?
When we all learned DIY, did team quiz’s on zoom … and got dogs. 🐕
Fast forward to now — offices are open, but our four-legged “colleagues” have other ideas. Many of us want the social buzz of the office — but not at the expense of our sanity, fuel costs, or guilty goodbyes at the door.

That’s why hybrid work isn’t just about policies and desk-booking software. It’s about understanding people’s real lives — the dogs, the school runs, the quiet moments that make us more productive.
