We've brought it home! 🏆

We're really excited to share that we won Best Large Training Provider at the VTCT Skills Excellence awards yesterday, and we’re absolutely over the moon.

The team had such a great time representing System People and celebrating with everyone at the awards. Our Head of Work Based Learning, Sarah Taylor commented that ‘bringing this award back to the team was the icing on the cake’!

A lot of care and hard work goes into helping our learners get to where they want to be, and it means so much for this to be recognised. A huge thank you to our team, our learners, partners, and the employers who trust us to support them.

Congratulations to everyone who was nominated and celebrated with us! 🎉

Did you know our Level 5 training courses could be your first step towards becoming a teacher? 🍎

Once you've completed your Level 5 with us, you could go on to gain the Early Years, Childhood and Family Studies BA (Hons) – as ‘Top-Up’ at the University of Northampton

Studied online and taking just one year full time, or two years part time - it can be completed while you continue in your role.

From there, you could go on to a PGCE and become a qualified teacher 🎓

Everyone starts somewhere, and this could be your next step.
