Our Autumn Online NLP Practitioner cohort has just finished their first weekend, and everyone did a brilliant job!

Here's what we covered:
✅ How to help people change limiting beliefs
✅ Getting into a more resourceful state for interviews, exams, presentations and more
✅ Watch words like 'Try, But and Why,' and the impact they have
✅ Spotting the ambiguity in the way different people talk, and why being a flexible communicator makes you more effective at communicating AND influencing

Now they have a couple of weeks to practise with each other before they return to complete Weekend Two. Can't wait to hear how they get on!

Here we go! 🎉 Day 1 of our Online NLP Practitioner Training is done, and what a group!

Yesterday was Foundation Day. We re-capped the core theory of NLP and, more importantly, how to use it in real life:

✅ The principles of the success mindset
✅ Goal setting that actually works
✅ The principles of behavioural change
✅ And lots more!

Forest Bathing is one of the wellbeing activities we offer on our Master Practitioner programme. Why? - self care is vitally important to all coaches, leaders and professionals.

🌳 What is Forest Bathing? - a slow walk in the woods, mindfulness in nature, guided meditations, bathing in the atmosphere of the trees - most importantly a chance to unwind.

Sound good?

Here what participants said:

🎉 Congratulations to our brilliant September NLP By The Sea graduates!

Yesterday, this incredible group completed their training as Certified NLP Coaches, Hypnotherapists AND Time Line Therapy® Practitioners — and what a group!
