Cost Effective Recruitment Services
Atlantic Resource is an independent recruitment agency based in the heart of Cardiff City Centre. Specialising in permanent recruitment solutions, construction & plant, office administration, catering, healthcare and security, we provide comprehensive recruitment services to employers and job seekers across the whole of the UK. Atlantic Resource offer a uniquely personal style of recruitment service that has been developed over almost a quarter of a century working with some of the brightest businesses in Britain. It’s not about making a fast buck through quick contract wins and hasty placements. It’s not about PR stunts, shiny branding, sales incentives or swaggering about in expensive suits. It’s just about you and us, and how we work together. We believe in developing strong working relationships, growing partnerships over months and years. Even decades, if that’s what it takes. We genuinely are in it for the long haul. We will work hard for you and we will care about your business interests. As soon as you start working with us, you’ll get to know us as people: who we are, what we’re like in the mornings, what we value, what we can’t stand. We will answer the phone right around the clock; if there’s any issue or problem with staff or a role, we’ll take it extremely seriously. Every single one of our people is invested in the process.
