🧠 8 in 10 workers want mental health training. Fewer than 1 in 3 get it.

Work-related stress, depression and anxiety in the UK jumped 24% year-on-year. 964,000 workers now. 22.1 million working days lost. Meanwhile, HSE data shows that where mental health training does exist, employees feel meaningfully more supported by managers and leadership.

86% feel supported by their manager at organisations with training, versus 70% without.
