No Salary? It's a No from meβ
Job openings that don't provide a salary are the bane of any jobseeker's life. Not only are you applying for something that may pay well below what you're looking for, but you're also potentially wasting valuable time applying for a job you don't even want.
Adding a salary to a job opening should be the industry norm. By not adding one you're essentially saying 'yeah we're looking to get someone cheaper than we'd like to pay for, and we also don't want current employees in similar positions to know what we would pay, in case they want a pay rise'. It's a crappy situation for jobseeker's and current employees, whilst business owners are potentially getting someone for under what they would be willing to pay...
See a job with no clear salary? No problem, apply somewhere else, you'll more than likely land at a place that values you.
