“What I enjoy most about recruitment is the opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life. I love getting to know them and having those conversations. Ultimately, I am passionate about helping others secure good roles where they can grow in their careers and find stability. I know first hand how tough it can be taking the journey of “Job Searching”.”

“Thor. So that when I go fishing, I can strike the water with lightning instead of spending hours not catching anything.”

🌟 37% said recognition and thanks.

It’s a reminder that inclusion isn’t just about policies or perks. It’s about the everyday human stuff: hearing people’s voices, valuing their input, and saying “thank you” when it matters.

“What I love most about recruitment is the ability to place candidates in just the right roles. From initial conversations building up them being offered a position. It's very fulfilling knowing that they have landed just the right role.”

“I don't drink coffee . But I do love tea!”

“I guess the ability to sense and stop criminals from committing heinous crimes. Why? My home country has a very high stat in GBV, femicide and crimes against children. It pains not being able to do anything.”

“Because I feel like I make a difference in people's lives and Moxie allows me to put my personality into recruiting. The culture and environment at Moxie literally makes me forget I work remote. Also, the support is amazing. Any challenges I face, I'm happy to know that I've got solid support, from solutions to pick me up's.”

“Guardian of Joy 💫. Spreading happiness and hope, and supporting others. I’d use my strength to inspire women and single mothers, showing them they are capable of anything. I want to create a brighter, safer, happier world for everyone around me.”

“I’ve always been passionate about helping others and making a difference, big or small - and Moxie truly embodies that. What really stood out to me is how Moxie not only supports people professionally but also gives back in meaningful ways, like donating 5% of profits to fight poverty and running the amazing Working Wardrobe initiative, helping job seekers with interview attire. That really resonated with me and made me fall in love with being part of the team.
