Our team are experienced children home managers, Responsible Individuals, social workers, social care trainers and have over 30 years in both the public and private sector. During this time our senior management team have also worked as responsible individuals and operation managers in children homes and senior management within local authorities and therefore have built defined critical skills, knowledge and credibility throughout there working careers. This has been whilst achieving outstanding outcomes and results for children and young people in there chosen careers.
