Had a fantastic time at the Cambs B2B South Conference at Hinxton Hall today!

The event was filled with inspiring speakers, valuable insights, and plenty of opportunities to connect with other forward-thinking businesses in the Cambridge region. I came away feeling energised, informed, and excited about the collaborations and ideas that grew from the conversations I had with local hospitality businesses. 🤝

🌟 🌟 WE ARE HIRING 🌟 🌟

Are you an experienced seeking a new challenge? We're expanding our team - this is senior role with full responsibility to develop the recruitment division of Annesley Gandon.

In this hands-on role, you will be required to carry out 360 (permanent) recruitment duties from candidate placements to division growth and, eventually, team management.

You will be required to manage existing clients and look for ways to develop future opportunities with them whilst also actively building the client base through networking and marketing activity.

Working alongside our in-house marketing team you will develop cost effective strategies to ensure the division exceeds budgets and sees month on month financial growth.

Eventually, this role will require building and developing a team, capable of delivering the required results with very high service levels.

You'll get to work alongside our wonderful colleagues Jim Gandon and Hayley Thomas, plus our sister company Cambridge Creative.
