You could be someone with good all round accounting skills gained within a small company. You could be someone who is working in the finance section of a shared service centre? Or you could be a finance graduate, with some experience within a finance department and looking for a new challenge?

Our client, a global market leader, is ready to power charge your career and if you have at least Level 3 of your AAT or an equivalent, coupled with strong Excel skills and possibly use of an ERP system, then this could be the opportunity you have been searching for.

If you have strong reconciliation skills and know your debits from your credits, these are the things you will be developed to do:
Posting general ledger journals
All aspects of Fixed Assets
Prepayments
Interest/amortisation of loans
Nominal ledger reconciliations
Analysis of general ledger accounts
Intercompany reconciliation
Working with the AR/AP teams to resolve issues
Being a global company, benefits for this Accounts Assistant/Assistant Accountant role are fabulous and extensive including:
