**QUALIFIED NURSERY PRACTITIONER £11.20-£12.50 PER HOUR**

We have unique opportunities for Nursery Practitioners to join a fun working environment where children feel happy and confident, a place that puts child centred learning into everyday practice! You will help to shape and build outstanding nurseries within a beautiful Central Cambridge environment.

Are you looking for a fresh position with scope for promotion and a chance to implement new ideas with a real team focused approach?

As a Nursery Practitioner, your main duties will be to:

Sustain an enjoyable, educational environment
Develop professional and strong relationships with fellow staff and parents
Work in accordance with the EYFS framework
Ensure health and safety is upheld at all times
Safeguard the wellbeing of children in your care
For your dedication and hard work, you will be rewarded with:

A highly competitive pay package between £11.20-£12.50 per hour (£23296 - £26000 per annum)
Our client offers excellent opportunity for promotion as they expand their network of nurseries in Cambridge (newest additional setting to their network opening in 2022)
20 days holiday plus 8 UK public holidays
Flexibility to work hours over 4 or 5 day week (full time only)
Nursery closed for 1 week over Christmas
Free Parking
Free Training in addition to statutory required training
Regular team building events
Childcare discount
Annual bonus linked to company and personal performance
To be considered for this position, you must be level 2 or above qualified in Childcare, have previous nursery experience and have a genuine interest in providing high quality child care. You must love working with young children and want to nurture, care and guide them.

You must also be an advocate for outdoor play.
