After years of trusted collaborative work and projects Philomena and Charlie made the decision to formally launch P&C Recruiters. P&C Recruiters Cambridge has been born from extensive knowledge and understanding of executive recruitment and after successfully bringing their other businesses to maturity, they now have the ability to dedicate their time and passion into something they love and thrive in giving both candidates and clients a dedicated, personal and bespoke service.

Philomena has worked in senior management roles for large regional and national recruitment firms over the past decade, several years ago forming Watton Recruitment Ltd which has quickly grown into a well known independently run “high street” recruitment firm. . Philomena has won a number of awards including best customer services within the East Of England, self employed business woman of the year and a Silver Heart finalist for her extensive work within the local community and charitable efforts for women’s refuges and homeless organisations, alongside having the honour of being voted president of an established and award winning networking group. “My passion for recruitment has not faded over the past 14 years and I am now luckily enough to form a partnership focusing on the part of the recruitment I find the most rewarding and fulfilling, placing technical, sensitive and complex roles."

Charlie hails from a decade of senior management positions working for property investment firms specializing in the storage and logistics industries, before starting and growing his storage and commercial property company to maturity. Charlie has a vast knowledge of people management & recruitment. “I relish every opportunity i get to work with companies looking to grow. I have always been able to quickly understand the client’s real requirements and find candidates that 'fit', I interview every candidate as if I was the employer and I am a keen believer that the CV is not everything” Charlie is also a keen supporter of local charities, having helped raise over £75,000 for the the YMCA.
