Have you ever read a job description, realised you didn't tick every single box, and decided not to apply?
You're not alone.
Many job descriptions are written as wish lists rather than strict requirements. Employers often describe their ideal candidate, but that doesn't mean you need to meet 100% of the criteria to be considered.
If you have most of the skills, relevant experience, and the willingness to learn, don't count yourself out before you've even given yourself a chance.
The worst outcome? You don't get the job.
The best outcome? You land an opportunity you almost talked yourself out of.
Don't reject yourself before they do. Apply anyway.
