Job description
We have exciting opportunities at our Clients’ brand new state-of-the-art facility based just outside Ely. These roles are temp to perm and full time, all year round. You will be working in a warm greenhouse environment
We are looking for teams of line operatives to realise their vision and revolutionise the way fresh food is grown in the UK.
Your general duties will include assisting with the growing operation as instructed by your team leader, hanging plants, harvesting fresh produce, grading and packing the produce.
Opportunities for fast progression - team leaders etc

Benefits
Pay rates starting at £9.50 p/hr
** Overtime paid at time and a half after 48 hours **
Performance related bonus with the possibility of earning an extra £25-£35 per day mean weekly earnings can increase by up to 50%!!
Full training provided on site

Uniforms provided with daily laundering
On-site Canteen and break out areas (indoors and outdoors)
On-site parking

Duties to include.
Assisting with the growing operations as instructed by the team leader/growing team
Harvesting tomatoes/cucumbers
Grading and packing
General operative duties as required
