This is us at Redfox Executive Selection promoting a highly experienced and commercially astute senior produce professional currently exploring Agricultural Director level opportunities and similar senior leadership roles.

Over 20 years they are fully used to operating across:

- Fresh produce
- Supply chain management
- Agronomy
- Regenerative agriculture
- Large-scale grower relationships
- Factory-facing supply operations
- Operational leadership
- Commercial crop delivery

This individual has led major supply operations with full seed-to-factory responsibility, managing significant budgets, grower networks, operational teams and strategic supply programmes within highly demanding commercial environments.

Importantly, this is not simply an operational grower.

This is somebody who understands long-term supply chain strategy, commercial pressure, procurement risk, ESG demands, crop quality, operational delivery and how to keep large-scale food production systems moving under pressure.

Presently Norfolk based, but historically relocated multiple times for the right opportunity. UK and international travel not an issue.
