Join Priory School, Bury St Edmunds as a Residential Activities and Child Care Officer (RACCO) and support children and young people with complex moderate learning difficulties, including ASD, to thrive in a safe and nurturing residential environment.

✔ 35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Maternity Cover until July 2027)
✔ Salary: £28,155 - £30,516 per annum
✔ Actual TTO Salary: £22,601 - £24,506 per annum
✔ Additional £1,500 Joining Bonus!**

- Support students' wellbeing, independence and personal development
- Deliver residential and enrichment activities
- Contribute to care plans, reviews and safeguarding responsibilities
- Sleep-in duties on a rota basis with additional payment

A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is desirable but not essential, and support will be provided to achieve this qualification.
