Purchase Ledger/Payroll Clerk - Felixstowe- £25,000 to £27,000k DOE plus bonus.

Our client is a leading logistic business, who are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger and Payroll Clerk. Our client offers its customers, international solutions, specialising in all freight transportation. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a busy purchase ledger role, which has covered all aspects up to processing payments. This role requires a strong reconciliation skill and timely response.

The main responsibilities of the role are,

Input all overhead invoices onto SAP.
Reconcile supplier statements and take appropriate action to update ledgers.
Dispute invoices in query and chase regally to resolve.
Ensure invoices in query are investigated and cleared for payment.
Investigate ageing balances owed to suppliers and determine appropriate action.
Process weekly and monthly payments by Tuesday close of day.
Send remittance advices to suppliers.
Implement SAP payment wizard.
Implement payment block in SAP.
Ensuring effective controls are in place re new supplier set ups, and authorisation of invoices.
Accurate record keeping.
Digital archive solutions.
Verify change of bank details.
Update bank template.
Reconcile the bank daily.
Weekly and monthly in-house payroll.
Yearly right to work.
HMRC reporting and payments.
Assist other team members on all other tasks required of the department.

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join the Transport team. The successful candidate will have an outgoing personality and able to provide a high level of customer service to their clients.

This role supports the Transport Manager and the transport team.

Due to continued growth, they require a Junior Traffic Operator to join the thriving transport team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the industry and some background experience would be a bonus but is not essential. Job Specifics
•Book and manage VBS requirements
•Manage the transport e-mail inbox
•Check drivers are running on time using the tracking system and speaking to them.
•Book and check all container restitutions
•Locate trailer equipment and work with the operators and fleet manager to complete any outstanding maintenance
•Process and scan delivery paperwork onto our system.

Candidate Profile
•Be organised and proactive
•Have some experience in a fast pace office environment
•Strong IT skills
•Good Communication skills

•Have experience within customer service
•Have a good work ethic, be consistent and reliable

Private House Cleaner required for a family home near Brettenham.

A retired couple need a weekly cleaner to help maintain their large family home. You will be required to clean all main living areas to a high standard and other areas of the home when needed. The ideal candidate will be free to work a Thursday morning, but have some flexibility.

The candidate must be a dog lover and be comfortable to be left alone at the property.

The job is ideally suited for someone who has some free time and is looking for an extra day’s work.

Job Spec

· Hours per week are 5 to 6

· Required all year round including all school holidays

· General cleaning duties to a high standard

· Kitchen – including emptying bins

· Tidying of laundry room

· All living areas

· All bedrooms and dressing area.

· All on- suites and bathrooms
