Location: Villa Real, Consett (Hybrid working available after training period)
Hours: 16–22.5 hours per week
Salary: £TBC (includes a generous holiday allowance)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Matching candidates to client requests and ensuring bookings are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
Managing incoming calls and emails in a professional, friendly manner.
Providing outstanding customer service and support.
Keeping internal systems up to date with accurate information.
Assisting with general administrative tasks as required.
Reporting to the Manager and supporting wider team objectives.
Please note: This is not an exhaustive list of duties. You may be asked to carry out additional tasks in line with the needs of the business.



What We’re Looking For:
Excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work.
Strong telephone manner and confidence engaging with clients and candidates.
Ability to prioritise tasks and perform well under pressure.
Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Accuracy and attention to detail in typing and data entry.
Team player who enjoys working collaboratively in a small office environment.
