Are you an organised, detail-oriented administrator looking for your next opportunity?
We're recruiting for a Part-Time Office Administrator to join a well-established business based near Accrington!

📍 Location: Near Accrington
💰 Salary: Circa £28,000
⏰ Hours: 20–25 hours per week
📄 Contract: Permanent | Part-Time

We're looking for someone who has:
-Previous experience in an administrative role
-Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
-Excellent communication and organisational skills
-The ability to liaise confidently with colleagues, customers and suppliers
-Some exposure to HR and/or finance administration would be advantageous

This is a great opportunity for a proactive, reliable individual who enjoys a varied role and is confident juggling different responsibilities.

For engineers, the time after an interview can be just as useful as the preparation beforehand.

From sending a quick thank you to reflecting on your technical answers, these simple steps can help you learn from each interview and stay proactive while you wait to hear back.
Swipe through for 3 tips to keep in mind after your next engineering interview:

1. Send a Thank You: Drop your interviewer a quick email within 24 hours to thank them for their time. Mention something you discussed during the interview, whether that was a project, the role itself or the type of engineering work involved.

2. Think About How It Went: Take some time to go back over the questions you were asked. Were there any technical questions you found difficult? Is there anything you wish you had explained better? Make a note of it and use it to prepare for your next interview.

3. Stay Patient and Keep Looking: Before you leave, find out when you can expect to hear back. While you're waiting, keep looking at other engineering opportunities and working on your skills. Don't put everything on hold for one interview.
