🕒 Shifts available:
• 6:15am – 3:30pm
• 3:15pm – 1:00am
💷 £12.71 per hour + shift allowance
📍 Burnley

This role involves preparing and operating casting equipment, safely handling molten metal, and monitoring production quality throughout the manufacturing process. You'll inspect and finish cast components, carry out basic machine maintenance and housekeeping duties, and work as part of a team to meet production targets while maintaining high health and safety standards.

✅ Previous manufacturing or foundry experience advantageous but not essential
✅ Comfortable working in a hot and physically demanding environment
✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
✅ Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
