💷 Salary: £36,000–£40,000 (DOE)
🕒 Hours: 36 hours per week (must work Fridays; other shifts negotiable)
📄 Contract: Permanent
What You’ll Need:
✅ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
✅ Level 3 Diploma for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
✅ Proven experience managing care services with strong CQC knowledge
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills
✅ Full UK Driving Licence & IT literacy
What You’ll Do:
As Home Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the home — leading and developing staff, ensuring compliance, managing budgets, and maintaining exceptional standards of person-centred care. You’ll also play a key role in promoting a supportive, positive culture for residents and staff alike.
