Administrator required for a busy family run plumbing & heating company in Ansty near Haywards Heath.

The position is full time Monday to Friday 8.45 to 5pm. You must have a great memory, be organised, have an excellent telephone manner and be able to work in a fast paced environment - a good sense of humour is a must.

We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, loyal, reliable and takes pride in their work.

The job involves answering telephone and email enquiries & managing the engineers diaries. You will organise parts and revisits, along with invoicing the jobs, taking payments and general office duties.

Experience in property management or similar would be beneficial but isn't necessary as full training will be provided.
