As the business continues to expand, they’re now looking for a Quality & Compliance Manager to take full ownership of:
✅ Health & Safety across the site
✅ ISO standards and audits
✅ Food quality checks and compliance processes
✅ Site maintenance – from fire alarms and shutters to emergency systems
✅ Continuous improvement across operations
This is a high-impact role, reporting directly to senior management, where you’ll have the autonomy to shape and develop quality and compliance processes across a growing business.
You’ll be joining a close-knit, supportive team that values attention to detail, proactive problem-solving and pride in doing things properly.
