Due to ongoing expansion, our client, an entrepreneurial & innovative technology & online services business, based in central Birmingham, is looking to expand their sales team further.
This is a graduate training & development role, where you can expect, in 12-18 months, to be in a position to progress upwards to join the sales team.
As a market leading business they offer excellent training, a fantastic office environment & realistic prospects for personal progression.
You will be responsible for assisting the company’s Internal Sales Team with admin and proposals to help them achieve their goals. This will involve communicating with existing customers and ensuring they are satisfied, thereby maintaining a long-term relationship with them.

Our client’s solutions are technically led, so you will need to be comfortable with software & solutions, or be able to demonstrate the ability to pick this up & get excited about it.

We are not looking for seasoned salespeople - we are ideally looking for somebody of graduate level, or someone who has the equivalent skills, who is ready to embark on an exciting challenge, with great internal promotion prospects.

Great communication skills, self-motivation & a real desire to make something of yourself are more important criteria. You'll be a strong team player with first class communication skills, both written & oral.

On offer is a basic salary of £18-20,000 plus bonus plus excellent initial & on-going training, coupled with fabulous career prospects.

Our client, a leading online business, is seeking a Business Analyst as part of their ongoing expansion.
Specific duties include:
Communicating with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the Organisation.
Working with external suppliers to understand and investigate feedback into the service, function or product provided.
Gathering requirements from key stakeholders.
Creating process maps describing as is processes and future refinements.
Using data modelling techniques and user stories to analyse and present your findings.
Creating suggestions for strategic and operational improvements - considering opportunities and potential risks attached to suggestions you make.
Identifying the processes & information technology required to introduce your recommendations.
Communicating the benefits of your recommendations across departments.
Producing written documentation to support your work, to the level required for the specific project.
Supporting staff & teams in making your recommended changes.
Continuously evaluating the impact of changes made and report findings to stakeholders
Driving operational efficiency & scalability of solutions through process definition & refinement
Consulting with internal/external clients on business needs and recommending strategic & scalable solutions
Collaborating across the organization to identify, develop, and manage best practices
