PA to MD
To ensure that day to day operational administrative efficiency and effectiveness is delivered consistently to support the Managing Director.
The ability to proactively anticipate, meet and exceed the Managing Directors requirements is critical to delivering this role.
Responsibilities:
Receiving calls for the Managing Director when unavailable, ensuring messages are detailed and accurate to enable him to return the call.
Diary management.
Provide day to day confidential secretarial and administrative duties to the Managing Director.
Organise and manage travel plan itineraries, business trips and hotel arrangements for the Managing Director and other team members.
Deal with correspondence.
Compose and prepare confidential documents and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
Liaise with Senior Management team.
Liaise with clients/customers.
Organise and prepare refreshments for visitors.
Prepare Board Room for meetings.
Skills:
Excellent organisation,
time management and planning
Thorough attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy working environment.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Copy and audio typist skills.
Computer literate - Advanced level (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Hours: 8.30am – 5:00pm or 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
A paid mid-morning break of 15 minutes and and unpaid half an hour for lunch.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
