We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bromsgrove, taking over a warm, established desk with existing clients and active business.
If you know the fast-paced world of driving recruitment, understand the importance of building a reliable driver pool and enjoy developing strong client relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and brings:
* Experience within driving/logistics recruitment
* Strong client relationship and business development skills
* Confidence speaking with both new and existing clients
* Experience recruiting and managing temporary drivers
* The ability to thrive in a busy, fast-moving recruitment environment
* A proactive, commercial and results-driven approach
This is a great opportunity for an experienced consultant who wants to step into an established warm desk, develop existing relationships and continue growing business across the local transport and logistics market.
