We’re proud to be a North Somerset based business working on projects across the South West and South Wales.

Being locally based means we’re able to build strong relationships within the communities where we operate, while also creating opportunities for local people to be part of the projects happening on their doorstep.

Wherever possible, we look to utilise local resource, helping to reduce travel, bring local skills into the rail industry, and create lasting value beyond the project itself.

For us, social value isn’t just about delivering the work; it’s about the people behind it, the communities we work in, and the relationships we build along the way. Whether that’s supporting local employment or working collaboratively with clients and partners, we’re proud to play our part in strengthening the regions we call home.

Level crossings are a vital part of the rail network, connecting rail infrastructure with the communities and roads around it.

Delivering these installations safely and effectively requires specialist knowledge, careful planning, and experienced teams, which is where we come in.

Our teams support the installation of high-density modular rubber systems, including solutions such as Rosehill and Strail, designed to provide durability, electrical insulation, and vibration reduction in demanding environments.

Whether supporting a busy highway interface or a remote pedestrian crossing, we understand the importance of getting the details right. From accurate installation to working safely within live rail environments, our teams integrate seamlessly into delivery programmes to help keep projects moving.

If you're looking for assistance with level crossing installations or wider rail infrastructure works, we can provide the right teams needed to keep your projects moving safely. Get in touch to discuss: [email protected]

While summer is still in full swing, we’re already preparing for the challenges ahead.

It might feel early to be thinking about autumn, but in this industry, planning ahead is what keeps projects moving safely.

As the seasons change, so do the challenges teams face on the ground. Shorter days, wetter conditions, leaf fall, and railhead contamination can all have an impact on how the railway operates, which means preparation is key.

For us, that means making sure the right people are in place, teams are fully prepared, and everyone has the skills and support needed to work safely in changing conditions. From resource planning to safety-critical support, we work closely with our clients to help keep projects on track whatever the season brings because when it comes to rail, the best way to handle challenges head on is to prepare for them before they arrive.

Before any work begins on site, one of the most important steps is a clear and effective site briefing.

In live rail environments, communication is key. A good briefing ensures everyone understands the scope of work, their responsibilities, potential hazards, and the controls in place to keep the team safe.

Site briefings help teams to:

✅ Understand the work ahead and what’s expected

✅ Identify risks before they become issues

✅ Ensure everyone is working to the same plan

✅ Create an environment where people feel confident to ask questions and raise concerns

Safety is everyone’s responsibility, and that means creating a culture where every team member has the confidence to speak up if something doesn’t feel right. And we know that strong communication, proper planning, and a shared commitment to safety are what help projects run smoothly, because getting the basics right is what keeps people safe on site.

We're pleased to be supporting Morgan Sindall on the MetroWest programme, supplying skilled local labour to assist with the construction of the new Portishead Station.

As a North Somerset based business, it's especially rewarding to contribute to a project that's being delivered within our own community. Having previously been based in Portishead ourselves, we know just how much the return of the railway means to local people and the wider region. So we're delighted to be supporting North Somerset Council's investment in the area and playing a small part in a project that will improve connectivity, create opportunities, and bring long term benefits for residents, businesses, and visitors alike.

Wherever possible, we always look to utilise local resource on local projects, helping to create more opportunities closer to home while drawing on the knowledge and experience of people who know the area best.

A big thank you to Morgan Sindall for the chance to support on this, and to all of our operatives on site for their continued professionalism, commitment, and hard work. We're looking forward to watching the station take shape over the coming months.

When people think about railway infrastructure, cable management isn't usually the first thing that comes to mind, but it's one of the most important elements in keeping the network running safely and reliably.

Did you know that we deliver specialist lineside cable management and troughing installation, helping to protect the signalling, power and telecommunications cables that keep the railway operating every day.

Our experienced teams understand the importance of getting the foundations right. From achieving accurate gradients and alignment to ensuring stable installations across challenging terrain, every detail matters. A well-installed cable route not only protects vital infrastructure from the elements and accidental damage but also makes future maintenance safer and more efficient.

It's another example of the work that often goes unseen but plays a critical role in the performance and resilience of the railway.

In the rail industry, trust isn't something that's assumed, it's something that's earned.

That's why we're proud of the accreditations we've achieved. They aren't just certificates on the wall; they're independent recognition that our business, our processes, and our people meet the high standards expected across the rail and construction sectors.

From health & safety and compliance to governance and quality management, our accreditations give clients confidence that they're working with a partner who takes every aspect of project delivery seriously.

But for us, they represent more than compliance. They demonstrate our commitment to:

✅ Maintaining robust safety standards

✅ Operating with integrity and transparency

✅ Delivering consistently high quality work

✅ Continuously improving the way we work

When you choose Forza Rail, you're choosing a team that's committed to doing things the right way - safely, responsibly, and with the highest professional standards because building trust starts long before work begins on site.

We're proud to be a North Somerset business supporting projects across the region with skilled local resource 👷🏻

Using local labour doesn't just help projects run efficiently, it creates opportunities for local people, reduces unnecessary travel, and ensures investment remains within the communities where the work is taking place.

Just as importantly, it means our clients benefit from teams who understand the area, take pride in their work, and are committed to delivering to the highest standards.

Recently, we received some fantastic feedback from a client about one of our site teams: ”The operatives have been top class. Can’t fault anything they’ve done, and they’ve all pulled their weight and worked well together. Credit where its due and in the extreme heat as well. Good bunch of lads”.

Feedback like this is a testament to the attitude, professionalism, and work ethic of our workforce. Whether conditions are challenging or deadlines are tight, our teams continue to deliver with safety, quality, and collaboration at the forefront. A huge thank you to everyone involved. We're proud to work with such a dedicated group of people who represent Forza Rail so well on site every day!

Station platforms are one of the most critical interfaces on the railway, and delivering works safely, accurately, and compliantly requires specialist expertise.

We support the delivery of platform civils projects, including new build platforms and platform extension works, helping clients meet operational, safety, and accessibility requirements.

Working within the tight tolerances of the platform interface demands careful planning, precise ex*****on, and a thorough understanding of industry standards. Our teams have experience working to the exacting requirements of platform coping installations and ensuring works align with PRM (Persons with Reduced Mobility) standards, helping create safe and accessible environments for all passengers.

Whether supporting enhancements, upgrades, or extension projects, we understand the importance of getting the details right while maintaining safety, quality, and programme performance.

When it comes to platform infrastructure, precision matters so if you need dependable workforce support for your next project, we’re ready to help, simply reach out to [email protected]
