Well it has been quite the week at TRIA. Both Lizzie and Scott have only gone and bagged themselves a promotion! 🥳

After her fair share of rides on the recruitment rollercoaster Lizzie has come out the other side flying. She has worked relentlessly to fill some very difficult roles, broken some epic TRIA records whilst always offering a helping hand where she can - a no brainer if truth be told 👏

After only 6 months since moving into a sales role, Scott has continued to grow from strength to strength. He has shown great initiative in bringing on new business, played a key role in placing our first TRIA Intern and smashed all targets thrown his way 🚀

Well done both, you're honestly TRIA legends the pair of you 🙌

Last week we took our monthly lunch clubbers to the amazing 😍

Tris was leading the line this month and the food was truly incredible! Lunch club is always one of our favourite times of the month at TRIA as we get to reward the team for their hard work 🙌

And just like that Ellie is already halfway through her TRIA internship! 👩‍💻

Ellie has spent just over 3 months with Data Cubed now and the feedback we have been getting is truly sensational 🚀

Some highlights being:

👉 Leading Power BI workshops internally
👉 Already in the process of learning Dax & Snowflake
👉 Taking part in interviews for potential new employees

All this without any prior tech experience - just a passion to build a career in the industry 🤷‍♀️

Well done Ellie, you're absolutely smashing it and we couldn't be prouder 💙

This week we have had the pleasure of welcoming our new starter Ben, to the TRIA team 🥳

Ben will be joining team Dani as a Delivery Consultant to help support her growing desk within the fintech space, attracting the best talent on the market! 👨‍💻

Following 4 years of study in Bristol, Ben joins TRIA in his first recruitment role (you've chosen the best place to learn 😏) and he has taken to it like a duck to water. Spending lots of time getting to know everyone, cracking on with training and already getting on the phones to candidates ☎️

We can’t quite believe just how quickly the last 12 months have flown by but you have both smashed your first years out the park - making lots of placements, scoring themselves promotions and forming some excellent relationships with our clients 🚀

Lunch Club Vibes 🥂✨

Last Friday, Lara headed up one of her first lunch clubs in quite some time… and she did not disappoint 😄

Although it was a slightly smaller affair than usual, it was fitting as team Katie & Charlotte got to join Lara for an afternoon of bubbles and food - celebrating a truly incredible Q2 🙌

As seems to be becoming a bit of a tradition, the rest of the team joined them at Kings Street after 🍻

With so many consultants smashing targets, we have a lot more lunch clubs lined up and with sun booming for the next couple of weeks we can’t wait 😍

Celebrations are underway at TRIA Towers 🎉

Our very own resident royalist, Macauley has passed his probation! Just in time for the upcoming Jubilee weekend 👑😁

Macauley has had an excellent start to life at TRIA and despite his rather long ride on the 'recruitment rollercoaster' his attitude has been unwavering and a true inspiration to the rest of the team 🙌

Thanks to this hard work, Macauley has now chalked up his first two placements, with many more in the pipeline, he's built some wonderful relationships and he has truly immersed himself into the TRIA culture. Exciting things are to come 💙

New starters galore!! 🚀

TRIA is growing and has no signs of slowing down. In the last few weeks we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming Sarah, Helen and Susie to TRIA Towers 🙌

Helen joins as our new Contracts Administrator to support team Emma as TRIA's contract function continues to grow then Sarah & Susie will be joining team Tristan as a Delivery Consultants 👩‍💻👩‍💻

All have already settled into TRIA life really well, spending lots of time getting to know everyone, cracking on with training and already taking part in their first TRIA photoshoot 📸

Last weeks lunch club was a busy one!! 🍽🍻

It’s always a pleasure to see so many faces at our lunch clubs especially first timers - there were 5 this month! 🙌

This was also Tim’s first time hosting and it sounds like he did a cracking job. So much so, even a few duvet days were pulled the next day 🛌😄

We love rewarding the teams hard work here at TRIA, it’s one of the best bits of the job 🥳
