We’re hiring a Client Advisor to join our innovative technology company in the property sector! If you excel in customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
As a Client Advisor in the Client Services department, you will manage client and supplier communications, resolve customer queries electronically and verbally, and ensure that customer service is courteous, friendly, and timely. You'll handle and escalate complaints as needed.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong understanding of customer service, excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Office), and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proven communication skills, the ability to work independently, attention to detail, flexibility, and problem-solving skills are essential.
